CyberTruck, manufacturing and deliveries seem to be coming together.

The automotive world is changing, and Tesla is at the forefront of this transformation. The Californian brand, headed by the famous entrepreneur Elon Musk, recently unveiled its latest model, the Cybertruck, an electric pickup that promises to revolutionize the market. In this article, we will introduce you to this futuristic vehicle and discuss its main features.

The Cybertruck stands out for its avant-garde design, which contrasts with traditional pickups. It features an aerospace-grade stainless steel body and a polygonal shape that gives it a unique look. Its unibody structure, without a chassis, provides exceptional impact resistance while ensuring optimal performance.

Tesla doesn’t skimp on performance with the Cybertruck. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art electric motor, capable of reaching a speed of 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds for the Tri-Motor version. The Cybertruck is available in three versions: single, dual and tri-motor, with a range of up to 800 kilometers for the most powerful version. In addition, its towing capacity is estimated at over 6 tons, surpassing most of its combustion engine competitors.

The Cybertruck incorporates many innovative features, such as Autopilot, Level 2 autonomous driving, and an adaptive suspension system that adjusts the vehicle’s height according to the load and terrain. The spacious, minimalist interior features a 17-inch touchscreen that controls all vehicle functions. In the back, the pickup’s bed is equipped with a secure, motorized lid and an electrical outlet to power various equipment.

Tesla talks about CyberTruck during investor meeting

Last night was held live on Twitter the Tesla quarterly investor meeting for the first quarter of 2023. During this meeting a lot of information came out about the different production capacities, deliveries as well as the rest of 2023.

Elon Musk seems to indicate that the CyberTruck is on track to be manufactured in 2023. The production line in the Texas factory is moving along at a rapid pace and they are now in the Alpha versions.

All this seems to indicate that Tesla is progressing as planned on the CyberTruck, the Giga presses have started to work and the first prototypes seen on the street are Alpha versions.

Tesla also indicates that they have done some tests in winter conditions for the CyberTruck and here is a picture published by Tesla last night:

In terms of date, it seems that the 3rd quarter is the one chosen for the presentation event and the first deliveries. As for the Tesla Model Y with the 4680 batteries, it is possible that Tesla reserves the first copies to employees.
