Not really more information, the email doesn’t leave too many clues. On the other hand, we all know the current stakes in China, the Gigafactory 3 under construction, the electric car market which is exploding and Elon Musk who admits that he needs China’s help to lower the costs of his cars
This third plant is being built very quickly, launched at the beginning of 2019 and should be operational by the end of the year. Elon Musk has been working twice as hard and this can be seen in the videos filmed by drones:
It will come as no surprise to see our European Model 3s arrive directly from China rather than through the tedious journey of the various cargo ships
With only 4 more days to go before we learn more about this event, it goes without saying that it will impact the future of the company, which currently produces 900 vehicles a day in the USA, and could almost triple this figure with the help of China
