Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products, gases or flammable liquids.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a reasonable number of days.
Late or missing refunds (where appropriate)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items(where appropriate)
Only items at current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items are not refundable.
Exchanges (where appropriate)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to contacts@greendrive-accessories.com./span>.
Shipping & Returns
To return a product, you must send it by the post.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. /div>
If a temporary "free return" offer is announced on our homepage, the return must be deemed legitimate by our teams in order for us to be able to cover the return costs.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping a 75€ or more item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
