The radiator of your Tesla Model Y is necessary to cool the evaporators for the air conditioning system and to cool or heat the battery tray if necessary.
In this sense and in order to receive as much air flow as possible it is placed at the front of the car directly exposed to the wind coming from the front without protection.
The lack of protection can become costly if an object, a debris or a stone comes to damage this radiator.
To avoid this, we propose a bi-material grille that allows to limit and protect the air intake in order to effectively filter the radiator's exposure to external hazards.
The grid is composed of a first coarse mesh in the form of honeycomb PVC allowing to filter and stop the heaviest and bulkiest elements. Then a metal braided mesh is applied at the back of this first barrier to filter the smaller elements.

easy installation: clean the area well before installation, then glue and clip the mesh directly to the air inlet location.
