Shipping, delivery and return


Packages are dispatched the same day or the day after the order is placed, Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched via Colissimo for standard delivery with tracking and drop-off with signature. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking email where we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order, or we may be able to group two distinct orders placed separately if possible.

All our parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in Grenoble, France. Some products are dispatched in separate parcels:

  • Wheels
  • Body kits
  • Tinted windows

Please note that some products are made-to-measure. This is noted on each product advert.


Delivery can be made from Monday to Saturday directly to the address indicated at the time of order. Delivery will be against signature or on request in the letterbox. Delivery time is approximately two to three days in France, 6 to 10 days in Europe and 15 to 20 days outside Europe.


Returns on our website are free of charge for all* orders placed. The return period is 30 days, and products must be in their original packaging with the barcode. Please note that you must place the product and its packaging in a shipping carton. Under no circumstances can the product be returned without protecting the packaging with a shipping carton(see full document). We have a flexible return policy, i.e. if you need to return products after these 30 days for major reasons (car delivery delay, car order cancellation, non-compatible car) we will accept returns. *In the case of a return of rims, complete wheels, AST springs, KJUST bags or snow chains, Green Drive will not assume the cost of the return. The cost of shipping will therefore be borne by the customer.

Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned.
