Single-phase or three-phase cable: What’s the charging speed?
A single-phase cable uses only one phase, while a three-phase cable uses three. In a single-phase installation, a three-phase cable operates safely but uses only one phase; therefore, it does not charge any faster than a single-phase cable of the same current rating.
