Shipping
Packages are shipped the same day or the day after the order is placed, Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped via Colissimo for standard delivery with tracking and signature upon delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking email containing a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend combining your items into a single order; we may be able to combine two separate orders placed individually whenever possible.
All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in Grenoble, France. Some products are shipped in separate packages, such as:
- Wheels
- Body kits
- Tinted windows
Please note that some products are custom-made; this is indicated in each relevant product listing.
Delivery
Packages can be delivered Monday through Saturday directly to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery will require a signature or, upon request, can be placed in your mailbox. Delivery times are approximately two to three days within France, 6 to 10 days within Europe, and 15 to 20 days outside of Europe.
Returns
Returns on our website are free for all* orders placed. The return period is 30 days, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging with the barcode. The product and its packaging must be protected inside a shipping box. A return without adequate protection cannot be accepted (see the full document); do not affix the label to the product packaging—instead, affix it to the shipping box, which will protect both the product packaging and the product itself. The product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days after the withdrawal request is made. We have a flexible return policy. If you need to return products after these 30 days for major reasons such as a vehicle delivery delay, a vehicle order cancellation, or incompatibility, we will accept returns.
*Certain product categories are subject to specific conditions:
1. Rims may be returned, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed at the actual rate. You may return them on your own, but in this case, you remain responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Complete wheels configured according to the customer’s specifications cannot be canceled (even before shipment) or returned, as they are custom-assembled. In the event of a refusal of delivery, compensation fees will be charged to cover the actual shipping costs for the return, as well as a depreciation charge for the product, since it can no longer be sold as new.
2. Tires may be returned with a return fee of €36 (including tax) per tire. You cannot arrange the return on your own, as the supplier requires us to use their designated carrier.
3. AST springs, KJUST bags, and snow chains can be returned for a fee of €35. You may arrange the return on your own, subject to the same liability conditions until receipt.
4. TOWCAR brand products—tow hitches, tow-bar bike racks, and tow-bar cargo boxes—can be returned for a fee of €50. You may arrange the return yourself, but you remain responsible for the product until it is received in good condition.
5. Replica sports seats ( Model 3, Performance, Highland ) and custom steering wheels cannot be canceled or returned, as these are custom-made products. Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned.
6. Electric coolers may be returned for a fee of €50. You may arrange the return yourself, but you remain responsible for the product until it is received in good condition.

Custom-Made and Personalized Products – No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with ArticleL.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This means that these products cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned, except in the event of a lack of conformity or a proven defect.
This rule applies in particular to products manufactured according to specific options chosen by the customer, such as custom steering wheels, complete wheels resulting from a personalized combination of rims and tires, dashboards customized to specific criteria, as well as Individual seat covers and Sport Replica seat covers Highland Performance , which are made-to-order and tailored to specific configurations.
By confirming an order for a custom-made or personalized product, the customer expressly acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal and accept that the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
