For the XPENG G6, alloy wheels run from 18 to 20 inches depending on the wheel; offset and type approval are listed on each product page. The complete towbar, designed for the G6 from 2024, bolts to the original mounting points with no bumper cutting: tool-free detachable tow ball, vehicle-specific wiring kit, CE approval and a towing capacity of up to 1,300 kg depending on configuration. XPENG G9 accessories: the widest choice of wheels

The XPENG G9 has the largest selection: 19-, 20- and 21-inch alloy wheels with a 5x112 bolt pattern, most listed as compatible with every 2024+ version (check the product page). TÜV-certified XPENG alloy wheels: what the certificate covers

Most of our alloy wheels for the XPENG G9 are TÜV-certified: the test report (ABE-Gutachten) comes as a PDF with the delivery or on request, depending on the product page. It confirms that the wheel has been tested for this vehicle, with its size, offset and load rating; keep it with the car’s documents. Some wheels are made to the Japanese JWL and VIA standards, without a TÜV report for their size: the product page says so. For Switzerland, a Swiss type-approval certificate can be ordered on some product pages.

Winter wheels and snow chains for XPENG

For the G9, our XPENG winter wheels arrive ready to bolt on: four alloy wheels and four winter tyres of your choice, fitted and balanced in the workshop, with tyre pressure sensors installed in the wheels according to the product page, in 255/55 R19, 255/50 R20 or 255/45 R21. The winter tyres offered carry the 3PMSF symbol; if a product page offers an all-season option, check for that marking. For the G6, build your winter set from G6 wheels and its programmed sensors.

In the UK and Ireland, winter tyres are recommended, not a legal requirement (GOV.UK). Heading to the Alps? France’s Loi Montagne (mountain law) requires, from 1 November to 31 March in signed mountain areas, four 3PMSF winter tyres or chains or snow socks on board (Préfecture de la Savoie). Our front-fit snow chains for the G6 and G9 meet the EN 16662-1 standard, attach to the outer face of the wheel with nothing behind it and tension themselves within the first few metres.

Charging: Type 2 portable chargers for your XPENG

Our portable chargers plug into the car’s Type 2 inlet and are chosen according to the socket you have: single-phase CEE 16 A (blue commando socket) up to 3.7 kW, with a 5 to 20 metre cable; single-phase CEE 32 A, the campsite-style socket, up to 7.4 kW; three-phase CEE 32 A (red industrial socket) up to 22 kW, with a delayed-start timer. All are IP67 waterproof, CE and TÜV certified, with adjustable current; actual power is still limited by the electrical installation and the car’s on-board charger. They also work with other electric cars that use a Type 2 inlet.

Are the alloy wheels in our XPENG accessories TÜV-certified?

Most are, especially for the G9, with the certificate supplied. Some follow the JWL and VIA standards instead: the exact approval is on each product page.

Are there winter wheel and tyre sets for the XPENG G6?

The ready-to-fit sets are for the G9. For the G6, combine G6 wheels, winter tyres and its programmed sensors: some wheel pages offer fitting and balancing before dispatch.

Do the tyre pressure sensors need programming?

No. Our sensors for the G6 and G9 arrive pre-programmed: once the wheels are on, the car recognises them by itself after a few kilometres.

Which portable charger suits my XPENG?

The one that matches your socket: single-phase CEE 16 A for 3.7 kW, single-phase CEE 32 A for 7.4 kW, three-phase CEE 32 A for 22 kW, within what the car accepts on AC charging.

Does the XPENG G6 towbar require cutting the bumper?
