XPENG G9 accessories: alloy wheels, winter wheel sets and equipment

Alloy wheels for the XPENG G9: 19, 20 or 21 inches

In France, XPENG fits 21-inch wheels as standard on the all-wheel-drive G9 Performance and offers them as an option on the rear-wheel-drive Standard Range and Long Range versions (XPENG’s French G9 page). Our alloy wheels for the XPENG G9 cover 19, 20 and 21 inches, sold as sets of 4, with a 5x112 bolt pattern and offsets chosen to keep the original geometry. Most product pages cover every version of the 2024+ G9: check the compatibility line of each one.

On type approval, most of our G9 wheels are TÜV-certified: the report (ABE-Gutachten) comes with the delivery or is sent on request after purchase, depending on the product page. Others are certified to the Japanese JWL and VIA standards, without a TÜV report. A Swiss type-approval certificate is available as an option on some wheels. Depending on the wheel, the original wheel nuts are reused or nuts and centring rings are supplied: see what the set includes. Some wheels also fit the XPENG G6; their product page then gives the dimensions for each model.

Which size should you choose? The 21-inch matches the standard size of the G9 Performance. The 19-inch gives a taller tyre sidewall, more comfortable on broken roads, and lower energy use. As a rule of thumb, every inch less in wheel diameter cuts energy use by around 5%: that is what GreenDrive sees across electric cars. The real difference also depends on the tyre, the wheel design, speed and temperature. Wheels sold on their own come without tyres or sensors; otherwise, choose a complete wheel set.

Winter wheels for the XPENG G9

Our XPENG G9 winter wheel and tyre sets arrive ready to bolt on: 4 alloy wheels and 4 winter tyres fitted and balanced in the workshop, with 4 G9-compatible TPMS sensors already installed in the wheels. You choose the winter tyre on the product page from several brands, and the wheel’s approval is stated there.

Every set, by size, is on our XPENG winter wheels page. In the UK and Ireland, winter tyres are recommended, not a legal requirement (GOV.UK). For a ski trip to France, the Loi Montagne (mountain law) requires, from 1 November to 31 March in signed mountain areas, four winter tyres marked 3PMSF or chains or snow socks on board (Préfecture de la Savoie). The winter tyres in our sets carry that symbol.

Sensors, snow chains and G9 equipment

• Pre-programmed TPMS sensors: ready to use for a second set of wheels or to replace worn sensors. The G9 recognises them automatically after a few kilometres.
• Front-fit snow chains: they attach to the outer face of the wheel, with nothing behind it, and tension themselves within the first few metres; they meet the EN 16662-1 standard, and you choose the size on the product page according to your wheel diameter.
• Locking wheel nuts: one nut per wheel, a key with a unique profile and a finish close to the original nuts; tighten to the torque specified by XPENG.
• Wiper blades: a 650 mm blade and a 475 mm blade, replaced in a few minutes using the car’s wiper service mode.
• Black exterior badges: they replace the original badges directly, for a discreet G9 styling touch.

XPENG G9 accessories: frequently asked questions

Which alloy wheels fit a 2024+ XPENG G9?

Our XPENG G9 accessories include 19-, 20- or 21-inch wheels with a 5x112 bolt pattern; most of our product pages cover every 2024+ G9 version. The 21-inch matches the standard fitment of the G9 Performance.

Are the XPENG G9 wheels type-approved?

Most are TÜV-certified, with the report supplied on delivery or on request; some are certified to JWL and VIA, without a TÜV report. The approval is stated on each product page.

Do the G9 winter wheel sets include tyre pressure sensors?

Yes: 4 G9-compatible TPMS sensors are already installed in the wheels. For wheels bought on their own, add our set of pre-programmed sensors for the XPENG G9.

Do I need snow chains with winter tyres?

For France’s Loi Montagne, four 3PMSF tyres are enough. Chains remain useful in deep snow or where a sign makes them mandatory: our front-fit chains for the G9 go on without reaching behind the wheel.
