These rims are forged : The wheel is machined from a solid block of press-densified aluminum. The forging process compacts and aligns the metal’s structure, resulting in the lightest and strongest wheel of all manufacturing methods for the same dimensions, with optimal balance. Reference weight: 11.4 kg in 20 x 9 and 12.0 kg in 20 x 10.

Production is handled on a made-to-order basis by our parent company DynoTec : Each set is machined to the exact dimensions of your vehicle, painted in the original color—other colors are available upon request—and then inspected before shipment. Model 3 Performance 2024+: Different front and rear setups

The Model 3 Performance Highland requires wider rear rims than the front ones, just like the factory setup (20 x 9 ET34 front / 20 x 10 ET45 rear). The Vélarium replica set Performance exists 19 inches (front 8.5 x 19 ET38 / rear 10 x 19 ET45) such as 20 inches (front: 9 x 20 ET34 / rear: 10 x 20 ET45) — always 2 front rims and 2 rear rims, do not mix and match during installation. The 18-inch version is not compatible with this model (oversized calipers).

Certifications and Compliance

These rims are certified JWL and SAE, which certify the wheel's structural strength in accordance with Japanese and U.S. testing protocols. No TÜV report is available for this part number at this time.

Installation: What to Expect

The Original nuts Tesla are reusable : No special fasteners are required, which simplifies seasonal tire changes. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for all four wheels using a jack and a torque wrench. Follow the torque specifications listed in your vehicle’s manual and retighten the fasteners after driving the first few kilometers.

Tire installation should be performed by a repair shop equipped with the appropriate machinery, including a balance check after installation. Keep the certification report in the vehicle if required by your country's regulations.

How do they differ from the original Vélarium rims? Tesla ? ?

The design faithfully replicates that of the Vélarium rims on the new Model S Plaid 2026+, and each set comes with the original wheel hub. The difference lies in the dimensions: these replicas are custom-machined to your vehicle's specifications—18 to 20 inches on Tesla Model 3, 18 to 21 inches on Tesla Model Y — where Tesla offers this style only in 21-inch size on the Model S. Please allow approximately 25 business days for production.

Are they compatible? Model 3 Performance 2024+ ?

Yes, in both 19-inch and 20-inch sizes, always with different front and rear wheel configurations—see the size chart for detailed dimensions. The 18-inch size, however, is not compatible with this version.

What size for the Model Y Standard Propulsion 2025+ ?

This version comes standard with 18-inch wheels (235/55 R18 tires). The 18-inch 8.5 x 18 ET38 wheels are an exact replacement for the original equipment; 19-, 20-, and 21-inch wheels are still available as upsize options. On other models Model Y, the tires start at 19 inches.

Do we need special nuts or spacers ?

No. The original nuts Tesla are reusable, and no spacers are needed for the dimensions listed on this sheet.

Are the tires and pressure sensors included ?

No, this set includes only the 4 rims and their hub caps. Tires must be ordered separately using the links above, with the option to have them mounted and balanced at our partner shop.
