Protection - GYEON Q²M WetCoat
GYEON Q²M WetCoat is an express protection based on SiO₂ (Quartz) which is applied directly to wet bodywork to provide strong hydrophobicity, a marked shine and protection against soiling in a matter of seconds. Simply spray onto the vehicle while still wet after washing, then rinse immediately to see the water bead up and drain off very easily.
Versatile, it can be used on bodywork, windows, exterior plastics and rims, with a durability of around 3 months with regular maintenance. It facilitates future washes thanks to its self-cleaning effect, limits the adherence of dust and contaminants, and enhances the shine of protected surfaces.
What is Q²M WetCoat used for?

How to use
Vehicle preparation
- Always apply Q²M WetCoat to a clean, shampooed and thoroughly rinsed vehicle.
- Do not work in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces.
Application
- Apply Q²M WetCoat finely, panel by panel (bodywork, windows, plastics, rims), to a still-wet (undried) vehicle.
- Leave to act for a few moments (a few seconds are sufficient, do not allow to dry).
- Immediately rinse treated parts with a high-pressure cleaner or copious stream of water to activate the hydrophobic effect.
- Be sure to remove any excess product to avoid streaking.
- Once the entire vehicle has been treated and rinsed, dry with a microfiber dryer or blower.
Precautions
- Do not allow product to dry on surface.
- Do not use on very hot vehicles or in direct sunlight. Treat individual parts at high temperatures.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Practical data
- Use: all exterior surfaces (bodywork, windows, plastics, wheels).
- Average consumption: approx. 80-150 ml per vehicle, depending on size and method.
- Durability: approx. 12 weeks / up to 12 washes.
- Contact angle: greater than 90°, for a pronounced pearl effect.
