Forged 6061 aluminum: lightness, strength and performance

Our custom wheels are made fromforged 6061 aluminum, an alloy used in aeronautics for its lightness, resistance to deformation and excellent corrosion resistance. This CNC machining process in a block of raw aluminum produces rims that are lighter than cast rims, with greater precision and high strength.

In terms of quality, these custom-forged wheels match or exceed the materials used by the best OEM carmakers.

Custom wheel design and manufacturing process

For each request, our engineers analyze the technical feasibility of your project to ensure a perfect fit with your vehicle and compliance with safety standards. Once the configuration has been validated, the process proceeds in several stages:

1. Computer design and prototyping - 10 days

• Creation of designs and 3D visuals
• Digital strength tests
• Sending a validation file (dimensions, design, size, color, estimated weight)

2. Manufacturing and machining - 20 days

• Forging of the blank
• Internal and external milling
• Precision CNC machining to create final design and optimize weight

3. Painting and finishing - 5 days

• Application of chosen color and finish (matte, gloss, specific tint)
• Surface treatment for protection and durability

4. Transport - 15 days

• Shipment from France
• Home delivery with average lead times for custom-made products

Each rim is carefully checked during a final quality control to verify dimensions, finish and regulatory compliance.
