S3XY The Commander Enhance: advanced functions on your Tesla Model 3 and Model Y

New Commander V2

S3XY The Commander V2 is a smart box to connect to your Tesla Model 3 or Model Y to unlock new personalization and automation possibilities. It acts as a gateway to the main ENHANCE S3XY Buttons application, as well as to third-party applications such as ScanMyTesla, to make the most of your vehicle's capabilities.

This product concerns The Commander box only, with no additional physical buttons. For those wishing to add dedicated S3XY buttons, the complete kit can be ordered from the S3XY Enhance Buttons page.

Advanced functions for Model 3 and Model Y

By combining the S3XY The Commander box with theENHANCE S3XY Buttons app, you gain access to a host of additional functions and smart shortcuts for your Tesla. The app, available on iOS and Android, makes it easy to configure and customize actions associated with the box or buttons (if you have them).

The most interesting features include

  • Automatic door opening (approx. 20 cm) when approaching the vehicle.
  • Opening the frunk by pressing the driver's handle.
  • Load hatch opening by pressing the rear passenger handle.
  • Practical shortcuts for everyday use.
  • Upgradeable as the application is updated.

The easiest way to see all the incredible features you can add to your Tesla is to download the "ENHANCE S3XY Buttons" application.

A smoother, more personalized user experience

The aim of S3XY The Commander is to make using your Tesla even more intuitive and comfortable. By adding automatic actions or physical/virtual shortcuts, you gain greater ergonomics and faster access to the functions you use most.

This box is particularly aimed at drivers who want to go further than the original Tesla interface, whether to optimize the comfort, everyday practicality or "geekiness" of their vehicle.

This presentation clearly differentiates the "box only" solution from the pack with S3XY Enhance buttons, in order to guide customers towards the configuration best suited to their needs.

Simple installation on the OBD socket

S3XY The Commander is installed directly on the ODB socket of your Tesla Model 3 or Model Y. The box is designed to be discreet and easy to install, without any permanent modification to the vehicle.

A video tutorial guides the user step-by-step, making installation accessible even to non-do-it-yourself enthusiasts. Once the box has been installed and the application configured, the new functions are immediately operational.

Upgrade compatibility Tesla

Before upgrading your car to a newer version, check that our S3XY buttons are compatible with it:

  • Note that we don't list all updates here, so consider all updates that precede the latest one listed as safe!
  • If you don't see a specific new version below, it may simply be because it hasn't been tested yet. It may take a few days before we add it.
  • At present, we are unable to test all features with FSD software versions released in the USA. Some buttons may not work with FSD, which we will correct in future updates.
