Set of 4 forged Roadster replica wheels for Tesla Model 3 , Model Y, Model S and Model X

Inspired by the Tesla Roadster, these replica rims adopt a futuristic, sporty style, with an aluminum wheel center incorporating a decorative central nut. This cover hides the 5 original nuts and retains a more symmetrical aesthetic.

Each rim is CNC-machined from a block of 6061-T6 aluminum (made-to-measure), aiming for the right combination of rigidity/precision/finish, while keeping weight to a minimum. On our demonstration vehicle (Model S Plaid ), we noted a reduction in weight per rim compared with the original wheels:

  • Original: 14.5 kg (front) / 16.3 kg (rear)
  • Roadster replica: 12.6 kg (front) / 12.9 kg (rear)
  • Gain: 1.9 kg per rim front / 3.4 kg per rim rear

Reducing the weight of unsprung masses (rims/tyres) generally helps to improve responsiveness, comfort on uneven surfaces and efficiency in real-world use, especially on an electric vehicle.
