Compatible versions of Tesla Model 3
This package covers the three generations of Model 3 sold in Europe, from the first series through the Highland. The 2024+ Model 3 Highland Performance is excluded: its oversized brake calipers preclude the use of 18-inch wheels, and this version requires different front and rear wheel sizes, which this four-wheel identical set does not offer. All other trim levels—Propulsion, Long Range, Premium—are compatible with these wheels without any modifications.
Installation: What You Need to Know
Since the wheels arrive pre-mounted and balanced, the process is simply a matter of installing them on the vehicle. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for all four wheels using a jack and a torque wrench. The original nuts Tesla can be reused: no need to order anything extra, and swapping them out for your winter tires takes just a few minutes. Follow the torque specifications listed in your vehicle’s manual and retighten the fasteners after the first few kilometers. We still recommend having the work done at a service center if you don’t have the proper lifting equipment.
Choosing Your Summer Tires: How Does It Work?
You can select the diameter and tire size directly on this page using the “Add” option. Two summer tires are available: the Michelin Pilot Sport 4, the industry benchmark for both dry and wet conditions, and the Pirelli Dragon Sport, which is more budget-friendly. There’s also an all-season tire, the Hankook iON FlexClimate, specifically marked for electric vehicles: this is the option to choose if you only want one set of tires for the entire year and don’t drive much in winter conditions. Details for each tire configuration are listed on its own product page in the catalog.
Once you’ve selected your tires, we’ll take care of the rest: mounting them on the rims, balancing them, and installing the four TPMS sensors. The complete wheels are shipped to you ready to install, with no need to visit a tire shop.
Approval and Certification for Switzerland
Turbine wheels comply with JWL and VIA standards, which govern the strength of alloy wheels for passenger vehicles. However, they are not TÜV-certified: if your application requires TÜV approval, please select a certified package from our catalog.
Swiss customers: A specific type approval certificate can be issued. Add the “Swiss Type Approval Certificate” product to your cart when ordering your package, then provide us with the requested information. Once the application is complete, the certificate will be mailed within approximately 5 business days. It is sent separately from the rest of the order, so its processing time will not delay the delivery of your wheels.
