Thanks to advanced engineering and precision manufacturing, each spring incorporates two specific linear compression ratios for optimum performance in all driving conditions.

The springs use an innovative design with two distinct linear rates in a single spring.

• In normal driving conditions, the spring remains soft for optimum comfort.
• In dynamic driving, the forces exerted during cornering activate a second, stiffer rate (30% firmer), reducing body roll and improving stability.

Aerodynamics and efficiency

Reduced ride height reduces aerodynamic drag, improves high-speed stability and can contribute to greater range.

Tests on Tesla Model 3 with Moderate springs showed an 8.1% reduction in total drag and a 0.019 lower coefficient of drag.

Similar results are expected on the Model Y (study in progress).
