Trunk Logo Installation Guide
1. Surface Preparation
- Gently heat the original logo with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive.
- Use a plastic card (such as a credit card) to gently lift the corners and remove the old logo.
- Clean off any adhesive residue with an alcohol-free household cleaner, applying heat if necessary.
2. Positioning the New Logo
- Check and adjust the spacing of the letters on the plastic film if necessary.
- Measure the size of the logo and mark its position in the center of the trunk using a ruler and, ideally, a level.
- Apply the transparent film, ensuring it is aligned horizontally and vertically.
- Step back to check the appearance before permanently securing it.
3. Securing the letters
- Once the position is confirmed, press firmly on each letter to ensure good adhesion.
- You have about 30 to 40 minutes to adjust the letters individually if necessary before the adhesive sets completely.
