The Explorer 1000 v2 is the most versatile power station in the Jackery range: 1,070 Wh of LiFePO4 and 1,500 W continuous (3,000 W peak) in 10.8 kg. It powers a coffee machine, a small fridge or an e-bike, and fully recharges from the mains in 1 hour thanks to the app's emergency charging mode. It also works as an uninterruptible power supply (20 ms) for your internet router or computer.
| What it can power: estimated runtime | |
|---|---|
| Device | Estimated runtime |
| Smartphone (15 Wh) | about 60 charges |
| Laptop (60 W) | about 15 h |
| 12 V compressor cool box (45 W on average) | about 20 h |
| Internet router (20 W) | about 45 h |
| Fridge-freezer (0.8 kWh per day) | about 1.1 days |
| Capsule coffee machine (1,300 W, 1 min per coffee) | about 41 coffees |
| 2,000 W kettle (1 litre) | not enough power |
| E-bike (500 Wh battery) | about 1.7 charges |
Estimate: capacity × 0.85 (conversion losses) ÷ device consumption. Actual runtime depends on the device, the temperature and how it is used.
This is the power station we recommend most often to Tesla owners. In Camp Mode, its 1,500 W runs a capsule coffee machine or a low-power travel kettle, and its 1,070 Wh lasts a whole evening with a laptop, lighting and a cool box. It recharges while you drive from the 12 V socket (about 12 h, i.e. a long day on the road) or in 1 h from a mains outlet at your stopover. Its dimensions (33 × 22 × 25 cm) let it travel in the boot of a Model 3 or Model Y without taking the place of your luggage.

Yes for a capsule machine or a travel kettle up to 1,500 W. A standard 2,000 to 2,200 W kettle exceeds the power station's output: in that case, choose the Explorer 2000 v2 (2,200 W).
In the Jackery app (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth), enable emergency charging mode. With standard charging, a full recharge takes about 1.7 h.
The SolarSaga 100W and 200W, up to 400 W in total across its two DC8020 inputs. With two SolarSaga 200W, recharging takes about 3.8 h in full sun. Use identical panels on both inputs.
Yes, when left plugged into the mains, it powers your devices and switches to battery in under 20 ms if the power goes out.
No. If you want to add batteries later, choose the Explorer 1000 Plus v2, which accepts up to 5 expansion batteries.
