This cable connects your car's 12 V socket (cigarette lighter) to the DC8020 input of your Jackery power station, so it recharges during the journey. On a Tesla, the 12 V socket delivers around a hundred watts: an Explorer 1000 v2 recharges in about 12 h, an Explorer 300D in 4 h. When the car is parked, a Tesla's socket is only powered in Camp Mode.

With Jackery power stations that have a DC8020 input: Explorer 300D, 500 v2, 1000 v2, 2000 v2, 3000 v2, 1000 Plus v2, 2000 Plus v2 and 3600 Plus. The Explorer 100D charges in the car via its USB-C port.
On a Tesla, yes, in Camp Mode, which keeps the 12 V socket powered. Charging then draws energy from the traction battery, just like the air conditioning.
Allow about 4 h for an Explorer 300D, 6 h for a 500 v2 and 12 h for a 1000 v2. For larger models, use the mains, solar or, in a combustion-engine van, the DC-DC alternator charger.
