Retractable Trunk Cover for Tesla Model Y
This retractable trunk cover for the Tesla Model Y hides the contents of the trunk from view and can be extended or retracted with a single motion. It can be added to a Model Y without a rear shelf or replace the original rigid shelf, which is considered impractical. Two versions are available, depending on whether your vehicle has roof rails or not: please check this before ordering to ensure you select the correct one.
Why choose this roll-up trunk cover?
- Privacy: It hides your luggage and the contents of your trunk from passersby.
- Retractable system: It unrolls and rolls up easily, providing convenient access to your belongings.
- Add-on or replacement: It can be installed where there is no trunk liner, or in place of the original hard trunk liner.
- Quieter cabin: Its design reduces noise resonance when the cabin is open to the trunk.
- Secure mounting: It is secured using four sturdy plastic brackets, included.
Materials and Operation
The trunk cover combines an aluminum frame, a durable roll-up fabric, and sturdy plastic parts. The cover unrolls from a roller to cover the cargo area, then retracts when you need the full space. The four brackets secure the entire unit in the trunk.
Two versions depending on the rails
This product is available in two versions: one for Model Y models without a rear shelf rail, and one for Model Y models equipped with rails. The images on the product page illustrate the difference; be sure to select the version that matches your car, otherwise the mount will not fit properly.
