Please note that these products are custom made to order a delay of 15 to 25 days is necessary to realize the manufacturing, the product being a strongly personalized product, you agree to resign yourself of any request of cancellation or modification of your order.

Quality of the product: All our steering wheels are original steering wheels recovered from damaged or out of service vehicles. The volume is therefore low and depends on the stock. On the other hand this brings an additional guarantee in case of problem related to the steering wheel compared to Tesla. The steering wheel is original and only the design is modified. You will just have to dismantle the original one and to recover the buttons and the airbag

No return possible: The customized steering wheels for Tesla are made to measure in our partner factory. All the choices of materials and colors are customizable by the customer. However, according to the article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in case of distance selling cannot be exercised for the "supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized". That is to say that a personalized product cannot be taken back by our after-sales service.

Approval of the product: Insofar as the product is a modified product, we cannot be held responsible in the event that the product is not approved in your country, by purchasing this modified product, you accept all the consequences and for this reason, the approval is not a reason for return, cancellation or refund.
