Select the tint level for the front and rear
You can make your selection directly on this page using the "Front Tint" and "Rear Tint" options, which can be adjusted independently from 30% to 95% (or "No Film" for the front). The “No film” option for the front is suitable if you only want to tint the rear of the vehicle.
Since the windows of the Model Y are already factory-tinted without UV protection, a tint of at least 30% on the rear is recommended for passengers if the goal is UV protection rather than aesthetics alone.
Compatible versions of Tesla Model Y
This kit is compatible with 2021–2024 Model Y s as well as 2025+ Model Y s in all three trim levels (Standard Propulsion 18-inch, Premium, Performance). No versions are excluded. Right-hand-drive vehicles are also compatible.
Front window tint: comply with the legal limit of 30%
For a vehicle registered in France, only the “No film” or 30% options comply with regulations for the front; higher levels (50% to 95%) may result in a failure to comply during a roadside inspection. There is no upper limit on rear window tint under French regulations.
Installation: What You'll Need
Allow about 2 hours to install the entire kit in an enclosed space between 10 and 30 °C, on clean, dry windows. No professional assistance is required: a PDF instruction manual and an instructional video are provided, and customer service is available to assist you if you encounter any difficulties. Since the product is custom-cut, returns are not accepted after the order is placed (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
