Cast aluminium construction

GMP Lunica wheels are made from cast aluminium: the molten metal is injected into a mould, then the wheel is machined and painted. It is the most widespread process, and the one that offers the best balance between strength and price for everyday use.

Every size offered on this page has been validated for the Tesla Model 3 by the manufacturer: width, offset and load rating are matched to the car's weight and running gear.

Model 3 Performance 2024+: not compatible

The Model 3 Performance Highland requires a staggered setup, with wider wheels at the rear than at the front. The GMP Lunica only come as 4 identical wheels, so they are not offered for this version. The Model 3 Performance 2018-2023 remains compatible.

Certification and compliance

GMP Lunica wheels have ABE approval (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) issued in Germany for the Tesla Model 3, for every size offered. The document for your size is sent to you with your order.

Fitting: what to plan for

The mounting kit is included: the bolts suited to the Tesla Model 3 are supplied with the set, so there is nothing extra to order. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for all four wheels with a jack and a torque wrench. Follow the tightening torque specified in your vehicle's manual and retighten the fasteners after the first few kilometres.

Tyre fitting should be entrusted to a workshop equipped with a suitable machine, with a balance check after fitting. Keep the approval report in the vehicle if your country's regulations require it.

Swiss approval certificate and delivery

Swiss customers: a specific approval certificate can be issued. Add the “Swiss Approval Certificate” product to your basket when ordering your wheels, then send us the requested information. Once the file is complete, the certificate is sent by post within approximately 5 working days.
